A lot of practice mainly. Try to keep doing something you’re already trying to work on. Then keep improving upon it. Then when you feel like you’ve drawn enough of one thing, move onto the next thing. Then eventually you’ll start combing those things into something else. You’ll gain your own artstyle through a lot of trial and error.
